Our home telephone service offers voice calling over your existing internet connection. We offer banded flat-rate calling world-wide with competitively priced minute bundles and low monthly line rental. Your line rental includes a geographic telephone number in the UK or US, and telephone numbers in other regions are available upon request regardless of where you physically live – you could be a local phone call a way for your family, wherever they might be!

We are also pleased to now offer number porting. Customers in the UK and US can now bring their existing telephone numbers to our service with them, so that you don’t even have to change numbers to get your cheaper rates.

Furthermore, our home telephone service includes several common features, such as voicemail, call waiting, caller ID and (with supported equipment) call diverts at no additional cost. Likewise, calls to other users of our phone service are free, and do not use minutes out of your minute bundle.

Note: Home Voice-over-IP service is not a “traditional” telephone service. In the event of a power failure, equipment failure or internet connection failure, you will not be able to make or receive any telephone calls using your VoIP service. Furthermore, E911 service is available within the United States of America, upon request and at additional cost. Emergency services calls from customers who do not subscribe to E911 service will not be completed. This does apply to those customers outside of the United States. Finally, while we are pleased to offer number porting services within the US and the UK, it is important to note that, once a number has been ported to a VoIP provider, while it may be ported to other VoIP providers, it is currently not possible to port it back to a wireline carrier.
